Shipping Policy

Processing Time Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time; we'll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (if available at checkout)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please use the Contact Us form within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
