Refund policy

We truly want you to love what you receive, but if for any reason it doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on select products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please email us at amarylliscustomcrafts@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions and the return address once your request is reviewed.

Please note that items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Because many of our pieces are made to order and crafted by hand, some items cannot be returned, including candles, custom items, and personalized orders.
